• You can create a label and save it as an Acrobat or Illustrator (.pdf) file, or a .jpg file.
• For a full-size CD/DVD label, design artwork can be no larger than 120mm x 120mm (4.72” x 4.72”). The hole is 15mm (0.59”).
• Save the graphic image at a resolution of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) minimum.
• Try to use vivid, colorful graphic images.
• Save the artwork with the color quantity set to at least 256 colors; a higher color setting is recommended.
• Keep font size to six points or higher.
• Do not include marking denoting the inner or outer dimensions of the disc. The thermal printers will recognize these as part of the imprint copy.
